I am excited to have become a part of the rapidly growing and knowledgeable fitness community. My intent is to help provide structure and guidance to those that may need it.
I have been involved in team sports and martial arts(boxing & Muay Thai) for many years and currently have become addicted with strength training(Powerlifting).
I’m also a certified personal trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and plan to further my knowledge continuously and provide professional top-notch fitness and nutrition advice.

When beginning anything new it’s nice to have an idea of what you might need or where to get affordable yet quality products and services that will make your life less stressful and allow you to get ahead faster.
There is no need to waste your time searching around for stuff that may be disappointing and not last.
Here, I list and review only worthy products that I have or would purchase based on personal trial with time tested and proven results.

I do offer fully personalized coaching for anybody that is serious and willing to get out of their comfort zone a little.
This will be a commitment that you will need to dedicate yourself to if you want to see results. There is no such thing as a ‘magic diet pill’ or machine that will make your results come faster.
It takes hard work, dedication, and sacrifice to a certain extent.
Regardless of all that, results don’t happen overnight, it takes time to build anything worthy of value.
Part of what I can do for you is provide a blueprint and structure to help you achieve your goals realistically.
Personally, I enjoy strength training(powerlifting), but that does not mean that is what you have to do to see results and accomplish your goals.
A great place to start may be calisthenics, swimming, or jump roping, this will depend on your wants/ needs.
Remember that a great fitness program works only half as good if you don’t have a well-thought-out nutrition plan that aligns with your goals.
Learning how to properly fuel your body will provide you with more energy, better workouts, and result in a better body composition.
These are a few things to think about when deciding if you might benefit from having a coach to help guide you and hold you accountable.
This can help take some of the guess-work out of the way to help get you started with confidence and eventually gain an understanding to apply to your future plans so that you can achieve your goals.

I workout anywhere from 4-8 times a week. Personally, I enjoy strength training(powerlifting) and I document my training regularly through several social media outlets along with occasionally posting about it here on my site. I find it helpful by holding me accountable to what my personal goals are.
Filming your workouts is second best to having a training partner. By doing this, not only am I able to video log my progress, but this also helps me understand what I need to work on.
Making forward progress is not linear because you are not going to be able to do the same thing with the same intensity all the time. Learning about and utilizing more efficient ways to train that allows you to consistently make progress is what is ideal.

I am far from achieving my long-term goals, but I am learning to be patient and enjoy the ride. There is the saying ‘It’s a marathon not a sprint’ and this doesn’t apply unless you have big goals and are not willing to give up. This saying runs true for anyone that is looking to improve them self and is willing to put in the work to get to where they want to be.
Experience is a great teacher and we all can learn something from somebody, but it’s finding what works for you as an individual based on your wants/ needs that is key. This comes with living, and learning as much as you can as you go forward in life.
There are many ways to get to the top of a mountain, but the way you take is up to you.
You can never stop learning if you want to improve and get to the top.
I recognize that I have a lot to learn, but what knowledge and wisdom I have gained, I am more than willing to share.
